Refund policy:

In accordance with the provisions of article L 121-20 of the French Consumer Code: « The consumer has a period of 14 clear days to exercise his right of withdrawal without having to justify his reasons or pay any penalties, with the exception, where applicable, of the return costs which remain at his expense ».

The customer has 14 days following receipt of the order to return the products.

Items must be returned in the same condition as received, and in their original packaging. They must not be worn or washed.

Please download and print this return form and follow the steps. Returns must be made to the post office.

The white muse collection will reimburse the amount paid (excluding delivery costs) within a maximum of 15 days.
