- Returns are accepted only if the request is made within 14 days of receipt of the parcel and subject to the return conditions detailed in the refund and return policy.

- ⛔️ All late returns will be refusedwithout refund. No commercial gesture will be granted.

- The items are neither returned nor refunded.

- Items must be returned in their original conditionunworn, unused and in their original packaging.

- The return costs are at the customer's expenseexcept in the event of an error on our part (e.g. non-conforming or defective item).

- Once you have completed the form, you will receive a summary email to print out and include in your return package..

- After receipt and verification of the package, a refund will be made.
