Conditions to be eligible for returns
The item must be returned in its original condition, unworn, unwashed and with all original labels and packaging intact.
Items marked "Balance" and "Clearance" are not eligible for returns and no refunds are possible.
Items purchased online cannot be returned to the store, but can only be exchanged (subject to the 14-day return period).
Purchases made in our store can only be returned and/or exchanged in store. In-store purchases are eligible for a 14-day refund or exchange.
Requesting a return
- Go to our online return portal.
- Enter your personal details (surname, first name, email address). Please note that these details must be identical to those entered when placing your order.
- Enter your order number.
- (Select the item you wish to return and the reason for return).
- Download the return form and place it inside the parcel.
Shipping policy
You are responsible for return shipping costs and must return your order to the post office.

Please note that returns must be made within 14 days of receipt of your order. Returns postmarked after this time will be refused.
Refund process

Refunds will be made in the same form of payment used for the original purchase.
