Delivery is free for all orders over €150 to France and Monaco.

Processing times

  • Orders are processed from Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).

  • Orders are processed within 1 to 2 working days of validation.

  • Orders placed after 5:00 pm are processed on the next working day.

Please note that these times do not include delivery time.

Delivery methods and times

  • Delivery via Colissimo, Mondial Relay or equivalent carrier.

  • Estimated delivery time: 3 to 10 working days depending on destination.

  • Estimated total lead time (processing + delivery): 4 to 12 working days.

These times are indicative. Factors beyond our control (bad weather, strikes, logistical delays, etc.) may exceptionally result in a slight extension.

  • Delivery address: Please check your details carefully when ordering. Muse Collection cannot be held responsible for failed deliveries due to an incorrect or incomplete address.

  • Transport delays: Despite our best efforts to meet deadlines, certain circumstances may result in a slight delay.
